What a day for the students as we overcome playoff final opponents Waterford FC in a tense final 2-1 to seal promotion back the the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division. The Students fell behind to an early goal, before Dara Keane equalised and Colm Whelan sealed the result in the first half.
